However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a straightforward Return/Refund Policy in place to ensure your peace of mind. Returns

To be eligible for a return, the perfume must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via phone or email. Our dedicated team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can reach out to us during our business hours,from 8am to 8pm everyday except Friday's .

Once you have received the RA number, securely package the item in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit. Please make sure to include the RA number on the package to ensure smooth processing of your return.

Within 2 business days of initiating the return, we will arrange for a delivery employee to pick up the returned item from your specified location. The delivery employee will also verify the condition of the item during the pickup process.

Once the returned item has been received and its condition has been confirmed by our delivery employee, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be processed directly by the delivery employee, ensuring a seamless and efficient return experience for you.

The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase, unless you have requested an alternative method of refund such as store credit. If you have any specific instructions regarding the refund, please inform our customer support team during the return process.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another scent, please follow the same return process mentioned above. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will exchange and ship the desired fragrance to you with the same deleviry employee. Any price differences between the exchanged items will be handled accordingly.
